By participating in the SAINT PAUL Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: a. You must be at least 18 years old to join the affiliate program. b. You must have a valid and active website, blog, social media account, or other platforms to promote SAINT PAUL’s products.
  2. Application and Acceptance: a. To apply, complete the affiliate program application form provided on our website. b. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion. c. Upon acceptance, you will receive confirmation and access to your unique affiliate link or coupon code.
  3. Promotional Activities: a. You are encouraged to promote SAINT PAUL’s products through your approved channels. b. All promotional content must be accurate, ethical, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. c. You shall not engage in any misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive promotional activities.
  4. Commission and Payments: a. You will earn a commission on eligible sales generated through your affiliate link or coupon code. b. The commission rate will be 5% of the net sale amount to start and may increase to 10% based on performance and referral volume. c. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold of $50 is met. d. Payments will be made via PAYPAL.
  5. Affiliate Responsibilities: a. You are responsible for tracking and maintaining records of your affiliate activities, referrals, and earnings. b. You must ensure that your affiliate link or coupon code is properly implemented and functional. c. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date to receive important program updates and communications.
  6. Termination: a. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. b. In the event of termination, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
  7. Modifications: a. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program or these terms and conditions at any time. b. Any modifications will be communicated to affiliates via email or through our affiliate portal.

By participating in the SAINT PAUL Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
